Hypothesis: The Genesis Diet is a non obstructive nutritionally complete diet that supplies all necessary elements for the Human Body System to Maintain, Repair, Grow and function at it's optimal level.

* Facts*

* The Human Body is electrical in nature.

* The Human Body requires fuel or energy to work

* The Human Digestive System has 1 entry point and 2 exit points for Nutrients and waste

* The Human System is composed of Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen and Trace Elements

* The Human Digestive System is designed to process Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen completely

* The Human body turns Amino Acids into Human Proteins

* The Human Body synthesizes all but 9 Amino Acids

* The Human Body uses Glucose as it's primary source of fuel

* Glucose is the only sugar that will trigger insulin release from the Pancreas in the digestive system

* Insulin is needed  for glucose to enter into the cell walls to provide energy

* Carbon is a great electrical conductor

* The Human System functions at it's optimal level at a Alkaline pH between  7.4 to 7.8

* The Institute of Medicine estimates that, on average, men should get at least 56 grams of protein and the average women 46 grams of protein

* The Protein Dietary Reference Intake is 0.8 grams per kilogram or 0.36 grams per pound of body weight

* Minimum protein intake for sedentary male 56 grams and female 46 grams minimum daily intake

* Maximum estimated protein consumption before adverse effects that lead to illness and death: 2 grams of protein per Kilogram of body weight  or 1 gram per pound of body weight 

* The average male needs about 2,5oo calories a day to maintain his body mass while the average female needs about 2,000 calories to maintain her body mass

* 1 gram protein= 4 cal, 1 gram carb= 4 cal, 1 gram fat= 9 cal

Proof #1 

high Protein Low Carbohydrate diet

Let's assume that: A high Protein low Carbohydrate diet is a great diet that will provide all the proper Nutrients for the Human System

Definition: High Protein Diet consist of large quantities of protein and small amounts of carbohydrates

Protein sources: Eggs, Fish, Poultry, Beef, Pork, Milk, Cheese

Carbohydrate sources: Potatoes, Corn, Carrots, Spinach, Beans

 

FIRST Let's assume that a large quantity could be estimated at 3/4 of the total and the small amount to be 1/4 the total.

 

Now using the average caloric intake of a average  150 pound male: 2000 calories we can make a model to examine the results 

3/4 of 2000 calories = 1500      and 1/4 of 2000 calories = 500

1 gram of protein = 4 calories....... thus 1500 calories/4 = #grams

1500/4 = 375 grams of protein

*the consumption of more than 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight will cause adverse effects on the Human System*

*Max protein intake < 1 gram per body weight*

The total protein amount of a 150 pound male should not exceed 150 grams

Total protein for High protein low car diet 375 grams

*375 grams >150 grams

Now lets examine the carbohydrate intake

500/4 = 125 grams

The calorie is a unit of energy. Calories are burned to supply energy to the body.

The average 150 pound male will burn 1500 to 2500 calories a day.

This diet only provides 500 calories a day 

this diet requires the body to convert 1000 to 2000 calories of stored fat to burn calories.

The human body only burns fat for short periods of time

Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories

Even though it has a high calorie number the human body will not burn it for extended periods of time.

Think of fat as being the Nitrous Oxide of food. 

So after 10 to 20 minutes your body stops burning fat and burns the most abundant food source available, the human body.

The body starts to eat away at itself in order to provide the body with the energy it needs to survive.

Next the consumption of large amounts of animal protein also insures the increase in the intake of fat. 

Animal Protein, Starch and Fats are elements that are not easily evacuated by the body and causes the digestive system to clog and eventually cause waste to back up into the digestion tract.

This will cause disease and could cause death.

Results: 

A 150 pound male should max out at 150 grams of protein

150 grams of protein = 600 calories

A 150 pound male needs 2000 calories a day

375 grams of protein = 1500 calories

375 grams = Max protein for 375 pound male 

*Max would be relevant to an extreme athlete *

average male needs 56 grams of protein

average female needs 46 grams of protein  

The body does not burn the protein that it consumes as fuel. It first converts all protein into amino acids and then converts the amino acids into the desired protein forms. All other material that have no nutritional value is treated as waste and removed. When your body does not intake a sufficient amount of carbohydrates it reverts to starvation mode. In this mode the caloric intake is insufficient to operate the system with it's primary energy source, glucose, and it starts to consume the largest food source available.  The human body is composed mainly of flesh and organs which are made of protein. It is this protein that the body starts to use as fuel. The Human Body Eats itself. It consumes the protein of the skeletal  structure. 

Eating this diet will cause you to loose weight because the human system is consuming itself for food. This will cause the Human System to become stressed and cause it to malfunction

Also the majority of the foods on this diet are acidic and could cause the bodies pH to become too low and cause permanent damage  or death

Plus the body will have difficulty evacuating the animal fat and protein causing more stress to the Human System

*This diet does not use Glucose as it's primary energy source

*This diet causes you to ingest dangerous amounts of protein

*This diet causes the waste system to over work and fail causing the system to back up and overflow into the digestive tract

Death  Assumption = False (not a diet that provides all needed nutritional elements)

Proof #2

G.M.O. Foods and Daily Nutrition Pyramid

Let's assume that: Table Sugar, Table Salt, Tap Water, Fructose, Sucrose, Starch, Protein and GMO foods are all great foods that will provide all the proper Nutrients for the Human System 

Using the Nutrition Pyramid we see the food groups and servings.

They suggest eating whole wheat bread, Milk, Flour, Sugar, Cheese, Eggs, Fish, Poultry, Oil, Nuts, Beans, Green Leafy Veg, Fruit, Veg.

Using GMO products chosen  from list:

Whole Wheat Flour, White Rice, Brown Rice, Spinach, Carrots, Peas, Beans, Potatoes, Iceberg Lettuce, Beets, Corn, Broccoli, Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Sugar, Pecans, Almonds, Peanuts, Seedless Fruit, Corn Oil, Vegetable oil, Whole Wheat Bread

These foods would be broken down into there basic elements.

Animal Protein= Protein, Fat, Nitrogen

GMO Fruits and vegetables= Starch, Fructose, Glucose

Oils= Fat

Dairy= Lactose, Fat, Glucose

Beans, Bread, Potatoes= Starch

Corn, Beets= Fructose, Glucose

The Human Digestive System is designed to absorb, transport and evacuate Carbon, hydrogen and Oxygen. The human system cannot absorb Nitrogen it absorbs nitrates that the Human System converts into Nitrogen. The Human system only absorbs Glucose directly into the Blood Stream, all other elements must be processed by the liver before use by the system.

When this diet is used as a model we can see that there is but one element that the Human system can easily process all other elements must be processed and re-distributed as system useable element.

Digestion Process of Diet:

Once in the stomach the Glucose is separated from all other elements Insulin is released by the Pancreas and bonds with the glucose and absorbed directly into the blood stream. All other elements are directed into the Liver for processing. The body does not require the intake of fats as it turns excess Glucose into Galactose that is stored in the fat cells as energy

 

Starch is broken into: Fructose and Glucose

Oils are fats

Nitrogen cannot be ingested by the Human System easily. It is released into the air when released from the Animal Protein during the chewing process.

 

Once in the liver, the liver converts the sugar into Galactose. Galactose is a much smaller molecule than Fructose and thus waste is created and stored also as fat.

Starch is a binder or filler. It binds to sugar and is stored as fat with the sugar. 

*Note this is Fructose sugar not Glucose Sugar*

 

The Liver converts the Animal Protein into Proteins, Then converts the Proteins into Long-Chains of Amino Acids. Next those Chains are broken down once again into their basic Amino Acids.

 

Once all elements are processed by the Liver the waste is diverted into the Waste  System to be evacuated.

The Human System is designed to evacuate: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Fiber. All other material must be identified or stored as Fat.

The Animal Protein Fibers takes between 3 to 14 days to completely evacuate from the System

Because there is more Fructose in the system than Glucose the Blood Sugar Levels will become erratic and uncontrollable causing Blood Sugar Levels to spike up and down causing the system to malfunction

*The Human System burns Glucose as it's primary energy source.

*The Human Digestive System desires Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Trace Elements

*This diet introduces elements that the Human System does not desire or need, such as:

*All NON GMO Plants are composed of:

Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Trace Elements

* Humans can not ingest Nitrogen directly from the atmosphere

* The Humans Digestive System converts the Nitrates of plants into Nitrogen

* The Human System converts plant protein into Human Protein

* Glucose is the Primary energy source of this diet

* Glucose stored in Fat cells for energy

* The Human System processes: 

Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen completely 

* The Human Digestive System can evacuate: 

Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen and Trace Elements completely

Results:

* The Human System is composed of:

*From our data we can see that the Waste disposal System is only designed to process: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen all other waste causes the System to stress and malfunction.

Conclusion:

The Human System is designed to function using the most abundant elements in the Universe.

The Universe is mostly composed of: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Helium and Trace Elements.

The Sun and the Earth are mostly composed of: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Helium and Trace Elements

Mother Earth produces: Carbon, Water and Air which equals:

Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen

Non GMO Plants are composed of: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Trace Elements

The Human system is designed to Process and evacuate: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen and Trace Elements completely

Non GMO Plants contain all the elements necessary for the Human System to: Maintain itself, Repair itself, Grow and function at it's optimal level
