Why it works.

To understand how this diet works you need to first understand who we are in respect to the Natural Universe that was created by the Creator.
The universe started from one element, Hydrogen. The element Hydrogen was contained WITHIN A CARBON SHELL. over TIME THE hydrogen ELEMENT created two hydrogen elements that bonded together and created the element Helium. These two elements over time expanded. They expanded until infinite mass and volume was archived. The carbon shell expanded until it reached infinite density but was unable to contain the expansion of the two elements and there was a reaction. Creation!!!!
These 3 elements of Carbon, Hydrogen and Helium along with some cosmic dust are the 3 major elements of the Universe. There is nothing that exist that is alive that do not contain Carbon and Hydrogen while Helium is the source that fuels the sun.
Mother earth was created from these 3 elements and the interaction between Mother Earth and the Sun is what Created life on this planet.
Mother Earth produces 3 elements, They are Nitrogen, Oxygen and water and Mother earths outer layer is composed of a small amount of carbon.
Plants are made up of Carbon, hydrogen and Oxygen.
The Human body is made up of mostly Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen.
The plant contains all the elements to support Humans, Animals, Birds, Insects, Fish even microscopic organisms. A Complete Food Source for humans and all other forms of life.
Animal Protein contains: Protein, Fat, Nitrogen. Not a complete food source for humans
When the fruit of a natural plant is ripe and ready for consumption the fruit does not die. The fruit is still alive. In fact the fruit never dies but is assimilated into the Human System where it interacts with the Human system and bonds with other elements to create other living organisms
When we pick the fruit from a good tree this is what happens. Once fruit is picked from the branch it sends a message to the tree that the fruit is being picked and the tree starts producing more fruit at a greater pace.
Only that which is alive can produce and sustain life.
