How does the Human body become Alkaline?
Alkalinity is a rang on the pH scale. It is broken into 2 parts separated by a neutral point.
The scale designates 7.0 as the point at which the pH is at a neutral state.
Any range below 7.0(6.9) is considered to be of a acidic state and any range above 7.0(7.1) is considered Alkaline.
The human body functions best in a Alkaline state between 7.0 and 7.8
The Human blood's normal range is 7.35 to 7.45
pH outside the range of 6.8 to 7.8 is incompatible with all life.
To check your bodies pH is extremely difficult
There are devices and strips that test pH but how do you check the pH of a system were the pH in one organ is different from the pH of another.
pH is typically checked in a fluid.
Your blood does not need testing if you are alive.
Your saliva is acidic and changes if food particles are present
Your Urine is acidic and will only show the pH of the waste
The pH of the Brain is different from that of the Stomach
There would have to be a Medical team working around the clock to ensure that your Body pH levels are changing at the right times in the right places in the system to ensure the proper systems function correctly.
So what is your proper body pH and how do obtain it?
There are 3 major systems of the human body that keeps the body at it's proper pH level or Alkalinity.
These are: Digestive, Circulatory and Respiratory systems.
When these systems are functioning normally they WILL keep the bodies pH at it's optimal levels
When the systems are not functioning normally the bodies pH will not be optimized and if operation outside the normal levels are prolonged the system becomes stressed and starts to malfunction.
We call this disease and if not brought back into it's normal range MAY EVENTUALLY CAUSE DEATH!!!
