THE GENESIS DIET

Before this Diet or any diet to be effective the COLON must be cleaned First 

Water is the most important nutrient of this diet.

*It is very important to follow the water schedule to get the best results*

Drink 2 glasses of water between 6:00 am to 8:00 am

Drink 2 glasses of water between 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Drink 1 glass of water before each meal..

*It is very important to follow the meal schedule to achieve the best results*

No solid foods before 8:00 am

No solid foods after 8:00 pm

First meal should be juice and anything from the fruit list

Second meal you can add vegetables

Third meal you can add Bread(flour based foods)

Fourth meal: anything off the approved foods list

 

It is important to follow this snack schedule

 

First snack should be fruit or juice

Second snack should be fruit or juice

Third snack you can add bread(flour based foods)

Fourth snack should be fruit or juice

*It is very important to follow the sleep schedule to achieve the best results*

The best time for R.E.M. sleep is :

9:00 pm till 6:00 am

*There is no reason to count calories or watch portions eat what you want and don't overindulge just watch sugar and salt ingestion before bed. If you are ingesting Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen the body, if functioning correctly will absorb what it needs, store what it needs and evacuate everything else as waste.*

P.S. The Human body is very diverse and very adaptive. It will increase and decrease it's metabolism by the amount of food you ingest.

*BUT!!!!!*

It will become stressed if your eating habits change often and with extended random acts of starvation and overeating.

Changes should be subtle.

For instance it would not be good for your body to go from eating all protein for 3 days and just when your system adjust for the increase in protein intake you don't eat protein at all for a week. 

This type of behavior, over extended periods of time, will stress the system and cause it to malfunction

Go to you tube and watch ty's conscious Kitchen. He only uses foods from the approved foods list
