In the beginning man ate what he could find in his surroundings

But when the food became scarce or population increased too much they had to find a new location to live.

As Humans live they learn and adapt.

We learned to build shelter

In the distant past, before the advent of fire, MAN ate raw fruits and grains.

They soon became aware that if they plant the seeds of the fruit they could grow their own food

As time passed and MAN became wiser he became a farmer

It was at this time that the world population increased exponentially.

With the ability to build shelter and the means to grow a food source man only needed  A water supply and a piece of  fertile land to start a family

These small families no longer had to wonder and they were able to settle in one place.

In time these small families became small tribes

These tribal families were all at peace

​

And the entire world was farmers

There was peace because water and food and shelter was all they desired and it brought them happiness.

​

At this time there was no war and there was not a word for it or death.

​

When Man were farmers there was no sickness

​

Even the first banks were based on grain. 

When men became religious and started building Temples and making sacrifices they were given the best land.

When men became efficient growers and started growing excess they built storage facilities at the Temples 

​

When a family had a bad crop they would borrow grain and repay with interest on the next crop

Later they started using grain as payment or money 

The world was still at peace because most of the population of the world had FOOD, SHELTER and FAMILY.

​

Sadly it was when men started using Animals for Sacrifice that the desire for meat increased 

With the increase in popularity of meat things changed

​

As a small farm of fruits and vegetables 4 to 10 acres of land could support 100 people

But the average cow needs 4 acres alone

 So now 100 acres was needed to support 1 family

​

Eventually land was no longer free but bought and sold

With the advent of money(gold) came the need for security

Then came Wars and Governments and Cities and States and Countries and Armies 

​

In the beginning everyone was self supporting Farmer Families

Today 10 percent of the world are Farmers and 60% of the food is modified from it's original design

​

And 100% of the world Population is physically or mentally sick from the mutated food source we must eat, from the 10% of the world population who are farmers

 

To eat as we should and become healthy again would by itself be great but this diet causes change at the microscopic level. The cellular level 

Causing neuro paths to become functional again

The body starts to function as it should and you can now enjoy life.

As a Man I find it hard to understand how we have come to this point

Because it is in our DNA to make sure we survive and we now must depend on someone else to provide food

In fact in the beginning you simply picked fruit from a near by tree but now that tree may belong to someone who owns the property.

You see that's crazy because no Man can own what was created by someone else

The Creator Created Mother Earth

Mother Earth provides for Her children

She provides us with air and water and the SUN gives us life

She Created the food that we call fruit.

The Human body is but the dust of Mother Earth

We were not Created to work and toil for others 

No one has the right to keep other humans from living a life free from work and punishment because that is what we must do now just to live.

My hope is that you try this diet and learn to cook and eat the foods that are from Mother Earth

I desire that you become well and maybe one day learn to live the lifestyle that was meant for every Human to live
