Ex: Pasta is made with flour, oil, water, seasonings and a pasta maker and rack. And if  you don't have the maker and rack you can use a knife and a roller and hang the pasta to dry on a oven rack

Learn to make Breads and Deserts

This will help you keep your meals from becoming boring

Set a day aside every week to bake bread and desert for the week

Also find a method to make meals easier to prepare

Ex: Once a week I cook a pot of beans, a pot of rice, A pot of Quinoa and chop up a large container of veggies 

During the week I can make almost any dish I choose in minutes.

Learn how to season vegetables 

The best way to season vegetables is to season the oil.

Seasoning does not stick well to vegetables but if you season the oil then when the oil sticks to the vegetables the oil seasons the vegetables

Try using Fruit reduction sauces instead of icings and syrup

To make a reduction sauce you would take a heavy sauce pan and simmer fruit, agave syrup and a little salt until the water starts to reduce. This will give you a sweet sauce to use if you desire a change. You can store it in the sauce pan in the fridge and use it when you want it.
