Water... what is it good for?

Two thirds of the Earths surface is covered by water.

70% of the human body is water.

There is water in the sky, water in the lakes, rivers and Oceans. Water is virtually everywhere.

But What is it good for:

Water is good for cells. At the microscopic level water is necessary for the hydration of cells.

Water is 1 of 2 elements, with carbon being the other element, that makes the human body possible.

Water is a component of every organism and element that has life.

Without water we will die.

So regardless if you like it or not water is a fundamental Element of all life in the Universe.

Water is a mixture of Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms. This union allows the compound to function in many different ways.

Water is a solvent.......in fact mineral water is a universal solvent on all organic material.

But not all water is good water, let me explain why.

When water is distilled or processed the minerals are extracted from the water during the distillation process.

This makes the water a neutral element having no caloric or nutritional value. This type of water will not hydrate the system thus is flushed back out with waste.

When water is processed by means other than nature(soil, sun, air) the processed element is no longer usable by the human body system.  The human processing of water will always change the Alkalinity of water. Water, in it's natural form, is electrical in nature and aids in electrical transmissions through out the human system. With the human body being 70% water we can see how this would affect performance of the human system.

Most of us drink tap water, which is OK in moderation and is usually minimally processed So if left out in an open container over night the chlorine will evaporate and make for a more  natural element. The chlorine will kill unwanted bacteria while not harming the trace metals in the water that the body needs. Chlorine causes adverse effects on the human system

Spring water is the best water because it is purified through natural process using the soil(carbon) as a filter. The filter catches everything and the water travels through underground stream and rivers until it springs from it's exit location

*Water, in most Wells, in generally good but wells tend to need attention and upkeep. The water can sometimes go bad overtime also

*Water helps eliminate toxins in our skin and organs

*Water hydrates our muscles, skin, Joints and even our cells.

*We, as humans , would be wise to drink 1 gallon of water a day.

*It would be wise also to drink a glass of water before each meal. The digestive system uses water. If there is not enough water in the digestive system it will pull it from other systems.

*Water is necessary for the digestion of the food
