How to approach this diet

*You should think of skin as being similar to fabric. It is created by harvesting small fibers and those fibers are made into strands and those strands are woven to make threads. The threads are then woven to make the fabric.

In nature there are many types of fabrics or shells so too are there many types of skins. The skin of a fish is different from the skin of a insect. The skin of a bird is different from the skin of a animal and of course the skin of a human is different from the rest. Our organs are made of different types of material from each other also. So the skin of a human is woven into a different material from the skin of a animal.

When foods are consumed the digestive system breaks all food down into the basic elements of Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen.

The Human Body is Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen.

These are the elements that make up the human body thus these are the elements needed to sustain and repair the body.

When we ingest foods that contain elements other then these 4 elements it causes the system to work harder than normal to try and assimilate or evacuate these elements.

The Human body is made of Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen. These 4 elements plus trace elements interact to form the body.

When Carbon is ingested the body can extract Amino Acids from the Carbon to eventually form Fats and Proteins.

Carbohydrates we digest contains Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen these are the building blocks of life

Carbohydrates are our primary source of energy

Carbohydrates contain glucose which is the primary source of energy for all forms of life

When plants are eaten the body turns the plant proteins into Human Proteins

Water contains Hydrogen and Oxygen these two elements are involved in energy and nutrient transportation.

All excess Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen are completely evacuated via the systems waste disposal system

Any element that is not one of the 4 fundamental elements will have to be processed and wait for waste removal

This stresses the system and causes it to malfunction

The Human Body is Designed to absorb process and evacuate:

Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen

The Human Body is Designed to burn Glucose as it's primary energy source

The Human body stores excess Glucose as fat

The body stores fat for emergency energy

The human Body does not produce or use Starch for any Human Body function
