You can't control your body pH

You have no control of your bodies pH. This is a physical reaction to all elements that passes through the human system.

Ingesting foods that have a high pH does not work either. There is a complex physiological interaction involving many different systems working and buffering your bodies pH.

Not all foods that have a high pH when eaten will translate into increased pH levels. Some foods that have a high pH(above 7.0) when eaten will leave a acidic residue behind causing a drop in the pH. Some foods that have a low pH(acidic), will leave a Alkaline residue thus raising the pH. You can try your best to find the right combinations of food and pH but their are too many variables. The body needs things at certain times in specific ways. It is impossible for the human to know what to eat and when to eat it to be successful.

This is why like the soil the body has it's own system to achieve the proper balance.

Your human system is the only thing that can adjust and maintain your  pH level.
